Log:
[BUGFIX][NETWORK]When trying to connect to an index server, some variables are
changed and not reseted if connection fails.
Thus, if you tried to connect to the index server and failed because index
server was off, if after that the index server is restarted, you may have
tried to reconnect to the index server forever, it never worked. Fix it!
