Log:
Allow the scrollbox to be scrolled even if the mouse is outside the widget:
- Force redrawing of the mouse has moved on an Update and scrolling was
occurring
- Let Contains return true in such case: we do want to receive the ClickUp
event, as it really belongs to it and not another widget
