I think your changelog has got to o much details. And Some new features 
have to be at begining. Here is a modification, i hope you will like.

Changelog:
* A lot of Network improvements and bug fixes (no more signs of 
resynchronization, ability to pause game,...)
* AI is not stupid anymore:
   - aims and loads like a real player
   - knows how to switch to other characters.
   - knows how to use gun, shotgun, sniper rifle, bazooka,
grenade and holy grenade.
   - gets properly animated in network games.
* Tools are now non turn ending (except teleportation)
* Added two new teams: Postfix and Hexley.
* Added 3 new beautiful maps. Delete 3 uggly ones.
* Some new characters animations
* Some display improvements
* Some gameplay improvements
* A lot other improvements and bug fixes.
