Hi,

reading this topic [1] over the forum, I feel we could ask (at least on the 
forum) people to propose new values for the weapons parameters found in the xml.

One first step would however be to write a documentation on the meaning of each 
of those parameters. A primary effect is that bug reports may arise. For 
instance, in the case of [1], modifying speed_on_hit didn't introduce any push 
back effect, so I'm wondering if it's bugged. The code using it is in 
WeaponBullet::SignalObjectCollision :
obj->AddSpeed(cfg.speed_on_hit, my_speed_before.ComputeAngle());
