Details:
Only one menu for Quit and Pause.
The picture change with cursor position like this :

We have to use :

http://yeknan.free.fr/wormux/megapause/pause2.png
http://yeknan.free.fr/wormux/megapause/pause3.png
I think it should be better to resize only if resolution is smaller than
picture. If resolution is higher we center picture and complete with the good
color/alpha.
