Follow-up Comment #5, bug #7485 (project wormux):
I have posted a patch to remove this bug

You can produce it using Gnu team, take a disco grenade, Fire in the air (see
picture) at 2/3 to 3/4 of total strength and sometime grenade stay at
character's feet.
Need feedback about it.
