Follow-up Comment #1, task #5319 (project wormux):
I have made a few tests last week and it was easy to remove this boolean and
replace it by a test about the time in IsInUse() method (m_last_fire_time in
Weapon class).
This boolean was only needed by ninja rope and a few other.
