Follow-up Comment #1, bug #9760 (project wormux):
After inspecting, this is because only game screens are refreshed.
Unfortunately, we have no way currently to know which menu is running.
I'm thinking of moving the logic from Video to App. Currently a menu_item
choice stores the menu being run, but with no direct access to it. Therefore,
we should store a direct access to the menu being run (even if static extern
to the App class).
Not very clean, but somewhat working... I have attached a patch I'll commit
when I hear that 1 unix and 1 windows (robo210) user has seen it work (and
that of course it breaks nothing).
