Details:
At the end of the init, before really launching the game, we should check
that:
- map is the same on every clients (and server). This check could be a simple
test on the map name, but a strong test is better in my mind.
- characters, mines, barrels have exactly the same place on every clients
(and server). If not, yes they are resynchronized (at least for characters),
but this means that there is and will be some problem with the network random
generator.
(With bug #9820, at the end of the init, all team characters are at the place
of another)
The game_mode is already send by the network, so no need to check it.
