Blah. This implementation won't do the trick since in some use cases of
ListBox, there is a difference between what is shown and what is selected.
Probably the constructor should receive a
std::map<std::string, std::string> choices
std::string default_choice
where choices contains things like "internal name" -> "user-visible name".
