Details:
This is a Free Desktop recommandation, application should use the path
recorded in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME (or $HOME/.config/ if $XDG_CONFIG_HOME is empty)
as a base path to store personnal config files.
This means that instead of having a $HOME/.wormux folder, we should have a
$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/wormux/ folder. Of course, the change must be transparent to
the user.
