Thanks to Oznog, since revision 3344, scroll mouse cursors are not used
anymore when needed when a specialized cursor is used instead to the standard
one...
For instance, select the automatic bazooka, you get a cursor with a hand and
a target. If now you decided to scroll the camera with the middle click, the
cursor is still the same instead of being the scrolling cursor!
If I follow Eddy, I should mark this bug as blocker as it is a regression ...
