Details:

Seen by several users, and confirmed by gentildemon and myself: some weapons
cause such desynch.

For polecat, there are particles thrown depending on a timeout/delay.
However, because of lag and such, physics will behave differently, causing a
desynch. This code, in Polecat::Refresh(), should probably be rewritten.
