Indeed, there are enough bugs that such things should be tasks. Same as bugs
#10672 and #10669.
There's a CreateCursor function, but that creates monochrome cursors. In SDL,
to emulate a cursor, you need to hide it and then draw yourself the cursor,
generally blitting an image.
