Follow-up Comment #7:
We are getting closer to the end of this task. I think for the samples being
of different volumes that they simply should be normalized like yekcim
suggests.
The only thing that is no longer available is the possibility to deactivate
music/effects. Whether the widget functionality should be extended, or the
interface should provide other selection means, is to be discussed.
