Details:
If you wait between 2 shots, no bullet is ever shot. So far, it seems that in
WeaponProjectile::Shoot, a call to NotifyMove leads to the bullet exploding
immediately.
It seems it collides with another submachinegun bullet instance: 2
ACTION_WEAPON_SHOOT are generated: by setting a breakpoint in
Weapon::NewActionWeaponShoot, the 2nd bullet is never fired, so I guess
IsPreparingShoot() isn't returning the correct status.
