Details:

Mostly under Windows, but on other occasions (display size set too low and
GUI not usable anymore, even to go back to older resolutions), the config
file contains bothersome data.

There are 2 situations:
- invalid content (non-UTF-8, ...): this causes the game to exit
- incorrect resolution / hard to modify content

In each case, the game should backup the config file, and starts with a fresh
one. In the first situation, this should be automatical, and the user should
be warned about it. In the second case, maybe a button in the GUI should be
available.

An alternate solution under Windows is to provide an option in the
uninstaller to also remove the "Application Data/Wormux" folder. The problem
would then be to determine if some files must be left and so on.
