Follow-up Comment #1:
It's not a bug, it's a feature : You cannot use the anvil weapon until a
given number of turn ;)
But I know what you mean : If you get a gift, you want to be able to use it
immediately even if the weapon is not available yet because of the number of
turn.
I'll see what I can do for this behavior.
