Details:
Sky is 2 layers : 1 picture + wind particles
3 or 4 layers could be fun :
- Sky
- Sun/Moon (a way to move ? / animated)
- Background
- Clouds
- wind particles
With different movements when camera moves (like actually sky/map)
Note : Teeworlds have beautiful map engine with a lot of layers.
