Details:
When you use your second shotgun you will be only be able to shoot once. When
you try to fire the second shot nothing happens.
The AI runs into this problem too and tries then again and again to fire at
the target without success making the other players waiting for the turn
end.
This bug is a regression of revision #7300 from gentildemon which has the
commit message:
bug #15165 - Check that a weapon is really ready before shooting
