Details:
If you start or join a game (local or remote) and select the bugzilla skin,
the maximum of characters is limited to 3 for your team only.
E.g. if you select 5 characters, you'll have only 3, but if you select 2, you
have only 2 as you should.
I tested with all the other skins, but bugzilla seems to be the only one
affected.
This is strange!
