Details:

This patch adds the ability to control the alpha-level, at which a pixel is
treaten as background. To handle this, a new property is introduced to the
map's config.xml:

  <alpha_threshold>###</alpha_threshold>

If the alpha-value of a pixel is SMALLER then the value set in
alpha-threshold, it will be treaten as background, otherwise it is treaten as
solid (walkable) foreground.

The patch does not break compatibility, as the default value for
alpha-threshold is 255.

Possible usages:

 * A map using walkable structures made of semitransparent things (eg.
icecubes, glass, whatever)

Reasons against:

 * Walk ability still depends on the alpha of the map. Better solution would
be to give ability to add another file which contains the foreground /
background information.
