I like the idea of starting with a book metaphor and expanding from that. Defining a small set of "chapters" and an even smaller set of "appendices" and assigning all content to one chapter or appendix. Hyperlinking within the content will still let people jump around wherever they want but there would be an underlying start to finish organisation. Moving some of the more esoteric stuff to the appendices might also make navigation of the core stuff clearer and easier. -- Mark http://www.lambic.co.uk
