I just created a template (http://codex.wordpress.org/Template:Oldpage ) and a category (http://codex.wordpress.org/Category:Old_pages ) for pages that were made to accord with old versions, and should be updated at some time. I think this will make keeping things up-to-date easier, so long as people mark pages when they are old.
