My last thought was to NOT include anything but a sentence and a link
saying something like "If you are using Multisite/Network then visit
so and so...and then on that "so and so" article summarize and link
to the multisite/network subpanel(s).
Is her URL structure okay, though? Basically one of the things we need
to RC today is to get the last help screens in (for the help tab, not in
codex), and I need URLS to point to, knowing they won't be filled in
until after RC, but getting it in before string freeze.
