That is the link to the Main Page in Italian. It looks like it needs to be
translated. It looks like you should use the "it" namespace for italian
language. So yes, it is possible, just make sure you have the same page
name for the original and the translation.
Just to add, the convention is to create any new pages under your user
page first before dropping them into the main structure.
So you'd create new pages under arturo84/it:somepage
And once it's finished it could be moved to it's real location.
