I spend a significant amount of time on the forums try to persuade users
to chose a custom permalink structure that starts with a numeric based
on the discussion in:

On revisiting http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks today, I
happened to take proper notice of the screenshot under "Choosing your
permalink structure"
/%catgeory%/%postname%/ ??
Shouldn't the screenshot underline the page's recommendations?
