Lorelle asked if there were more pages that needed to be updated for
3.3. http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/19345 has a list of things
that changed dev-wise enough to require documentation. Most of it has
been written up on wpdevel. If someone wanted to check over the info
there and amend codex as necessary, that would be great.
