As far as I can tell, there doesn't appear to be a page on the Codex explaining the accessibility features of WordPress itself. The page at http://codex.wordpress.org/Accessibility is a technical page explaining how to implement accessibility features in themes and plugins.
Does anyone know of such a page I'm missing? If not I would be more than happy to start one. It's the sort of page I'd like to try to get a link to from within WordPress itself.
