the 2.0.3 version is buggy and there is a plugin to patch it, in the
same time on the WP SVN the 2.0 braches was updated with the
correction to solve the problem and today was realesed the 2.0.3 pot
in the i18n SVN.
SO all locale team have to care to release the latest SVN to be sure
tonot distribute a buggy version.
According to the latest 2.0.3 commits I updated the pot also. There are
no changes in strings - just in line numbers if somebody cares :)
