I saw message file of wordpress MU version, but I cannot find official pot file.
Some locale message file(po & mo) of wordpress MU are fr_FR & gl_ES locale.
Where do I find pot file?
If that can be of any help to you, I built this POT using poEdit and
the MU-1.0 sources.

It would indeed be nice to have an official POT, though - some lines
seem to be missing, according to french users of MU.
