I would like to apply for write access to the WP Language File
Repository for the catalan language branch (not yet existing).

A catalan translation team exists already since 2006, but it was not
present here. I plan to save the existing translations (2.0.1, 2.2.,
2.2.1. and 2.2.2.) into the repository. From now on, all further
translations will be saved under
http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/ca_ES
<http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/mm-my>, too.
I would also like to create an Entry for the catalan localisation team
at: http://codex.wordpress.org/L10n:Localization_Teams
