The end of wp-includes/functions.php contains untranslatable messages
(i.e. "Database Error", "Error establishing a database connection"), but
the Codex ([1]) makes no mention of it. Should I update the Codex page
to include this file, or should I file a bug/patch at Trac to make these
messages translatable, or are they not meant to be translated?
I noticed that the error happens when wp-config.php is not configured
properly.
