The admins will check what's going on, stay tuned :-) If you want, you can send me some translation files and I will commit them. Another think: you should use fo as your locale name at all places. For example you should name your translation files fo.po and fo.mo instead of fo_FO.po/fo_FO.mo. Happy translating, Nikolay.
