I found the string below in support-forum.po file for our Japanese forums:

msgid "Set the default status for topics:"
msgstr "デフォルトステータスの設定:"
The default status is "not a support question"("サポート質問以外の話題" in
Japanese) for now, but most of our topics are support questions, so if
possible, could you change it to "not resolved"("未解決" in Japanese) ?
