No, no I am not talking about the WordPress POT file, It's the pot file for localized WordPress site as written on this page http://codex.wordpress.org/International_WordPress_Sites "Translate the theme-specific pot file<http://en.wordpress.org/languages/rosetta/rosetta.pot>and commit it to your svn repository: http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/*locale* /rosetta/rosetta-*locale*.po" Here the link to that theme specific pot file mentioned is not working.
