Could you, please, explain us better how will that work? For example, if we
get late with the translation, what message will be prompted to the user?
Will he/she have the choice to upgrade even if there's no translation
availlable yet? And if so, when the translation becomes availlable and the
user had already updated, will he/she be informed about that and be able to
update only the mo file and the files for direct translation?
