The PO file is currently placed here: http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/su_ID/wpcom/su.po and is waiting for you to commit it to the right place. I did the translation for the request of Sundanese wpcom users while they find me had localized wporg. However, it is my chance to harmonize the translation of wporg and wpcom. I am hearing you.
