[wp-polyglots] WordPress 2.7.1 build error

I'm getting a tag doesn't exist error on building WP 2.7.1 pt_PT with i18n'd theme. As far as I can tell, it's because [...wordpress-i18n\theme\tags\2.7.1] doesn't exist in the repo.
