Your locale version include a localized theme? hard tranlste or the po/mo files for the default theme? Is so did you generate the distrubution telling the system to generate the version using the right setting for the default them (the last options in the package generation page of you locale admin page on xx.wordpress.org?
Yes, there is a localized theme. But it seems this time I selected the wrong option for the theme while I was building the package and it didn't include it. =P
