Don't hate me... I have another request regarding the local site. ;)

The actual site title (not what shows up in <title>) is currently set
to "日本語" so that's what they see when people subscribe to our feed.
http://ja.wordpress.org/feed
It should at least include the word WordPress.

Ideally, both the site title and content of <title> should be
"WordPress 日本語ローカルサイト" (WordPress Japanese Local Site). Is this
possible?

Thanks!

Dear Naoko,

I guess it'd be better if the format would be "WordPress | Language", just like the header on the locale sites says. It wouldn't only work for all languages, but besides I guess the word "WordPress" is more of a keyword than "Language" is, so putting it in such an order would make searching feed lists easier.

Best regards,
W. J.
