I've updated the local site translation as you requested (please update
it to the live site), and also created the new rc1 package as well.
I think I don't clearly understand how things work around the local
wordpress.org sites.
Thus, for example de.wordpress.org has a download section on the front
page, and we don't.
How can the download page placed on the front?
