thanks for clarifying that! Swedish is an official language, but only a minority speak it. So more people would be better off if you prioritize Finnish.
What about the fi_FI issue though? Plugins such as the localization plugin don't work with just 'fi' because I suppose it assumes all languages have a 2-part code.
