The image upload also returns a error if there is no permissions, maybe it should check first, then display a nicer error message for non-PHP oriented users.

bit of CSS tweaking might fix that. And drag and drop doesn't work. Same
result in IE7 beta, FWIW.

I can in FF, but not in IE.
Also that image area in IE has scrollbars.
