Because someone told it some time ago. What do you thought? When several ask the same it was not their invention and I don't have the time to search for it now.

I only asked because I'm using a 1.6 CVS and would like to know if there is diferences OR if this is the new numbering and I should forget 1.6 OR if this is a parallel development.

Some projects do that, you know. Having a stable version that is being upgraded slowly and a more unstable version that is also being under development at the same time for the more corageous.

So. What is the case with Wordpress?

Thanks in advance.
