[wp-testers] Rich Text Editor Not Working...

Using Build 3183, I cannot get the Rich Text Editor to show up in Firefox (v1.0.7). I have Rich Text turned on by default in Options -> Writing, and on in my user profile. But when I go to the Write screen, there are no buttons or anything for editting. If I edit a previously written post, I see the HTML tags themselves, including paragraph breaks, which don't normally show up as text (i.e., when Rich Text is turned off).
