Why is WP all of a sudden dictating the use of what IT says is valid code when up to now it has not ? Scenario: User has never used the WP option, does not care about validity but has a site that looks just how they want it to. They upgrade. When WP delivers posts made with invalid code, does it correct them at that point ? If yes, you just broke a site. If no, then you are now changing a users code when previously it did not. I fail to see why this Option has been removed - having options are not all bad. P.
