Yep - confirm as well. You can place it anywhere other than at the
front of the text.

It's definitely a problem for me. I'm using:
wordpress-2005-12-05
Windows XP SP2 and Firefox 1.5 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT
5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5).
I've tried a clean profile and still get the same problem. I don't
get the problem with Firefox 1.0.7 or Internet Explorer.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start a new post.
2) Type a word/sentence/paragraph.
3) Drag an image from "Browse All" to the post so that the cursor
is just before the first letter of the post.
4) Drop the image.
