I can't believe I remembered this, but
ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/communicator/english/
goes back to Netscape Communicator v 3.04 through v 4.8. I'd install
and test myself, but I don't have Classic on my Mac, so I can't even
run the pre-OS X stuff.
