Problem -- When you add a special character (using the ASCII code) -- in my case & raquo; -- it works just fine the first time, but if you go back to edit the post (WYSIWYG or classic) it brings up the LITERAL character, not the ASCII, meaning when you save, it will print the literal character into the HTML, potentially causing encoding problems.
